FESTIVAL RULES
1. FAMILY FRIENDLY: The festival is for all ages. Ages 12 and under are free with paid adult tickets.
2. COVID Health and Safety Compliance. For the health and safety of patrons, crew and performers, the Loose Gravel Music Festival will follow guidance from the State of Minnesota and the CDC.
3. PROGRAM & SCHEDULE: Subject to Change without Notice
4. CARRY-IN ITEMS & BAG POLICY: Best to leave them at home. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis for medical necessities.
5. PROHIBITED: Containers and coolers. No glass, torches, drones, fireworks.
6. SAFETY: For the safety of all who are at the festival, all patrons, vendors, performers and volunteers may be subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. Everyone and their belongings are subject to search at any time while on the music festival grounds.
7. WRISTBANDS: LGMF Wristbands must be visible at all times and must not be altered or tampered with or removed during festival.
8. SCHEDULE: Line Up and Set times are subject to change without notice. The Website will provide the most up to date information regarding performers and schedule.
9. SEATING AREAS: Unbagged Chairs, blankets and tarps are welcome. It can get damp and chilly at night. Be respectful and do not block the view of other festival patrons.
10. PROHIBITED: Flags, umbrellas, canopies that restrict viewing in seating area.
11. COURTESY: Sunscreen, hat, rain gear, ear plugs,transparent reusable water bottle, non-professional camera or phone, bug lotion (no sprays), unbagged chairs (no beach loungers or chaise chairs).
12. BEHAVIOR: Climbing on stage will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds with no refund. Fighting, physical altercations, throwing food or beverages or inability to care for one’s self will result in removal from the festival grounds with no refund.
13. LIABILITY: Persons entering the Wilder OUTDOOR THEATER site for the Loose Gravel Music Festival do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by the owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with this event. LGMF is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands, theft, loss or damage of personal property or personal injury.
14. RAIN OR SHINE: The Loose Gravel Music Festival will be held rain or shine!
15. CANCELLATION: No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions for any temporary evacuations. Only in the case of a “”Force Majure Event”” will refunds be available by emailing the LGMF to request a refund. Name, Email, address and ticket number will be required.
16. PROHIBITED: NO smoking on grounds!
17. CONDUCT: Persons engaged in illegal, offensive, obscene, or unruly behavior as determined by Staff or Law Enforcement will have their wristbands removed, be escorted from the Loose Gravel Music Festival, and may be subject to arrest.
18. ALCOHOL: No alcohol can be brought into or out of the Loose Gravel Music Festival Grounds. A Photo ID is required to obtain a 21-ID wristband. Anyone wishing to purchase or drink alcoholic beverages anywhere in festival grounds must have a 21-ID wristband, regardless of age.
19. ALCOHOL UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION: Underage alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Any alcohol consumption by an underage patron will be turned over to Law Enforcement and will result in immediate removal refund. Supplying an underage patron with alcohol will be turned over to Law Enforcement and will be immediately removed from the Wilder Outdoor Theater and Loose Gravel Music Festival without refund.
20. DRUG POLICY: No illegal drugs are allowed anywhere at the Loose Gravel Music Festival. Persons caught with illegal drugs will be turned over to Law Enforcement.
21. DATA PRIVACY: When you enter the Wilder Outdoor Theater, you accept that your likeness (pictures/videos) may be used as promotional material by Loose Gravel Music Festival.
22. PROHIBITED WEAPONS: No concealed or unconcealed weapons, knives, carried-with-permit firearms, or anything else construed as a weapon are allowed on Loose Country Music Festival Grounds and are subject to confiscation.
23 AVAILABILITY: All items are subject to availability and prices can change without notice.
24. VENDORS: Unauthorized vendors are not allowed onsite. They will be required to leave.
25. DIGITAL RECORDING DEVICES: Little cameras and cell phones are ok. Video cameras and professional recording equipment is strictly prohibited. The equipment will be confiscated and the user will be removed from Loose Gravel Music Festival without a refund.
26. PROFESSIONAL VIDEO & MEDIA: Professional Social Media and Videography Prohibited without prior written permission of the LGMF. Persons requesting this access should note that wireless reception is poor and they should have a wristband with appropriate designation as an APPROVED SOCIAL ENHANCER.
27. PARKING: Free daytime parking is available on site including handicapped accessible spaces. Overnight parking is prohibited without express written permission of the LGMF.
TICKETS
28.WRISTBANDS: Only tickets purchased through Loose Gravel Online sales or onsite sales are valid. Wristbands are nontransferable.
29. SERVICE CHARGE for online orders is $5 per ticket. There is no service charge for tickets purchased at the gate.
30. REFUNDS: No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions unless a force majure event is declared.
31. AGES: Ages 12 and under are free with paid adult
32. NO Third Party Tickets are Authorized.
33.Tickets purchased online will create an email to your address that you can print or save on your digital device to be scanned at the entry gate to receive your wristband for LGMF. You may prepay to reserve a T-Shirt and must specify size.
34. All credit card transactions including ticket purchases and donations are processed on a secure server. Credit card information is protected by encryption technology, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This helps to assure information is protected from unauthorized access.
ADA COMPLIANCE
35. PARKING: There are ADA Parking Spaces available
36. RESTROOMS: There are Wheelchair accessible bathrooms
37. SEATING: There are no chairs though there are selected locations for wheel chairs that provide for easy access.
38. SERVICE ANIMALS: Only service animals are allowed with proper identification
DONATIONS
39. Donating Tickets for use by persons who can not afford them will be accepted online and inperson. These tickets will be allocated through local churches and food banks

PERSONAL INFORMATION
41. Personal Information – Most often, you can visit the LGMF site without revealing any personal information about yourself. We may need information about you. Unless otherwise indicated, the information we request is optional. We will specify which information is mandatory at the appropriate data entry points.
42. If you chose to provide us with personal information that we or the companies doing business with us may need (for example, to process an order or to correspond with you), we will use such information, in accordance with this policy. If you ask us to not use this information as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your request.
43. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We do not share this information with other organizations except to facilitate your credit card and online purchases. Information is recorded in our site to verify ticket and other purchases from our site. Email information is used to send you information on upcoming events, special offers and past event information. You may opt out of receiving emails from us by clicking unsubscribe.
44. THIRD PARTY USE: Information is shared with your credit card company when you make a purchase.
45. COLLECTED INFORMATION is used to send you emails regarding upcoming events, changes in policies and information about past events.
49. COOKIES: Our site uses “cookies” to provide information on your computer. Cookies are pieces of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive. Cookies save your preferences while you are at our site, and we may use them to provide you with tailored information.

T-shirt sales. Hilltop watchers. Main Gate. Vendor Host. Information Helpers. Parking Helpers. Stage Hands. Light and Sound Techs. Social Media Blogger.
48. VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS: No alcohol use during shift. Wear T-Shirt and return after shift. Report concerns directly to the Loose Gravel Festival House Manager
LEGAL
49. TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE: May amend rules and regulations of website and onsite venue. Use of website and being on grounds means acceptance of LGMF rules, regulations and policies.
50. COPYRIGHT and TRADEMARK: No use of items under copyright or trademark or the symbols related to trademark with out express written approval of the LGMF.
51. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Under no circumstances shall LGMF, its employees or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that may result in any way from your use or inability to use the information provided on this or any other web site supported or maintained by LGMF or from your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the web site or that result from mistakes, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, deletion of files, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance. If you not happy with the information provided on this web site, or with any of the practices of the LGMF in the operation of this web site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the web site.
52.
